Pingtail Partners operates its own SaaS products and delivers engineering and marketing work for clients. We work across web and mobile applications, data infrastructure, messaging and commerce integrations, and performance marketing.
Why we exist
Most software problems small businesses have are not technically hard. They are unglamorous — an order arriving by message and getting written into a notebook, commission leaking out of an affiliate link, a database nobody has tuned since it was set up.
We built products for those problems because we kept running into them in client work, and the available tools either did not fit how Indian businesses actually operate or cost more than the problem was worth.
We stayed a services business alongside the products deliberately. Client work keeps us close to real problems, and the products keep us honest about what it takes to operate software rather than just deliver it.

Working software in production, not decks and estimates. Scope is agreed up front and delivered.
We operate
We run what we build. Monitoring, incident response and iteration are part of the engagement, not an afterthought.
We measure
Marketing and product work are judged against revenue and retention, not vanity metrics.
